We collect your first and last name, at least one contact method (phone number or email address), the selected vehicle, rental dates, pickup and return cities, and the estimated price breakdown. Contact information is used solely to process rental requests and confirm availability.
Secure storage
Booking request data is securely stored within the platform, where it is kept with your request record. Request details are also sent to the owner's designated inbox so the team can follow up.
Sharing and your choices
Your details are never shared with unauthorized third parties. Sending a request does not confirm a booking or require online payment; the team contacts you to confirm availability and arrange payment.
